Paging Dr. Addison Montgomery! Kate Walsh has officially returned to Grey Sloan Memorial following her characters Private Practice spinoff. She last appeared on Greys Anatomy during season 7 in 2011.

Ahead of her official entrance in the third episode of season 18, the ABC medical drama has shared a sneak peek of her return at the conclusion of the Thursday, October 7, episode.
